We got our food in plastic containers, but they will not fit in the small holes in the trash cans, so we could throw them away. I asked them to please turn it up to 2 different people and it was never done. Speaking of cold, the thermostat was set on 58 degrees and several in the dining room where freezing. We ordered anyway and our total wait time was over an hour to get food, a good part of it was cold, and over $20.00 for 2 people. They were out of Broccoli, clam strips, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and to top it off extremely short handed. We went by to get Salmon for me and Clam strips for her. This has got to be the worse place Captains D's has anywhere. So, having said that, I will NEVER go back there again and I will encourage my family and friends to do the same. Obviously, this particular location could care less who they hire and what anyone has to say about it. I will try my best to contact the district manager again, but I have no doubt it will do no good. Well.he said."uh.uh.uh.uh.he not here right now." Right!! I proceeded to tell him that I would be calling the district manager and he proceeded to yell at me with some not so nice language. The same guy answered the phone and I told him I wanted to speak to the manager. We left because we didn't want any confrontation. He screwed up the order and wouldn't even admit to it. He was so stupid, he had no idea what we were even talking about. He continued to be out in the parking lot talking to his buddies and we finally got his attention as we were sitting in the drive-thru. We asked him about it and then he was out in the parking lot talking and bs-ing with his buddies so he had no idea even what he was doing. He couldn't even take a simple order or even understand what we were ordering. Seriously? The guy at the window (August 15) was a complete and total idiot. If I could honestly give a score number after tonight it would definitely be a zero!!!! These people are so freaking incompetent, I don't know where to start. This captain d’s is a disgrace and I hope the employees receive the proper training or just shut the store down. On my way out I told the people in the drive thru it was a 45 minute wait and I’m greatful I saved their Friday night from disappointment. I am so angry and I was just a delivery person I can’t imagine how the other 5 customers in the store felt. No one took responsibility for this obvious lack of training and customer service. And the outright audacity to not even apologize for the wait but rather than place blame on other people. Employees who just talk about leaving and not even wanting to help the kitchen staff. Along with this message I will be going to social media, yelp and any other platform I can think of to let them know that this captain d’s is a joke. I want compensated for the absolute waste of my time. I usually make around $75 dollars a night when I drive. I ended up leaving after wasting my time and with delivering that is money. While the manager on duty was up front on her phone saying she was ready to go home. I was at this store at 7:00 to pick up an order for $20 paid to me I sat in the store along with. Never in my life have I ever experienced what happened tonight.
